Promoted by Roma Capitale and the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism, in collaboration with ATAC, the Roma Pass is the city’s tourist-cultural card. Valid for 72 or 48 hours, it includes over 45 museums, monuments, archaeological areas and Experiences, including the Borghese
Gallery and the Colosseum with guaranteed access availability. Among the latest additions to the circuit, the visit to the archaeological area of the Circus Maximus, the immersive and multi-sensory experience in augmented reality of the Circus Maximo Experience. The card allows you to use public transport and to use the guarded toilets of the new P.Stop network free of charge, with qualified personnel also for tourist reception services.
Following the adaptation to the precautionary and containment provisions of COVID-19 also for holders of the Roma Pass, booking is mandatory at the following sites:
– Colosseum/Forum/Palatine, on the website www.coopculture.it or at the ordinary ticket offices of the Roman Forum – Palatine, only on the same day (subject to availability check)
– Borghese Gallery, free booking by e-mail at romapass@tosc.it or call center +39 0632810 from Monday to Friday. Through https://romapass.ticketone.it/ it is possible to book always with the choice of time and day from the availability calendar by paying the €2 service fee to Ticketone.

The card must be completed in its entirety and is not transferable. For the methods, times and days of access to each single place you intend to visit, consult the official websites of the museums and the Roma Pass website, with particular reference to FAQ n. 1.3 and no. 7. For information on the types of concessions/free tickets recognized by age group or specific categories of belonging by the System of State Museums and Archaeological Sites and by the Municipality of Rome, we invite you to consult the current legislation governing admissions to cultural sites. Free entry is allowed to all state museums and archaeological sites (including the Colosseum) on the first Sunday of each month. Admission is always free to the following museums, even without the card: National Academy of San Luca, Carlo Bilotti Museum in Villa Borghese, Museum of the Roman Republic and Garibaldi’s memory, Museum of the Walls, Museum of Casal de’ Pazzi, Museum of Giovanni Barracco Ancient Sculpture, Napoleonic Museum, Pietro Canonica Museum in Villa Borghese, Villa of Maxentius.
